All art work and content on this website is the sole property and Copyright of A Jane Art. Under no circumstances may you download, reproduce, publish or distribute any art work, images or content from A Jane Art without written permission from the artist Amanda Jane Egan.

A Jane Art reserves the right to use drawings, images and art work on the website for display and promotional purposes. If a client does not wish to have images or testimonials published on the website or social media platforms please let A Jane Art know.

A 30% deposit is required before the commission is started. The remainder is to be paid before posting when the client is 100% satisfied with the drawing. Once the drawing is completed A Jane Art will send a photograph of the drawing to the client and only when they are happy with the final art work will it be couriered within New Zealand or air freighted internationally.

All measures to protect the art work when posting will be taken and art work will be protected with hard board and plenty of padding and bubble wrap. In the unusual event that there is any damage during transit, it’s important that the client photographs the damage and packaging and sends the images to A Jane Art. The client would then need to return the art work and A Jane Art will do another drawing free of charge.
